We tailor our soft facilities management services so that a safe, clean working environment is assured. This maximises the availability of spaces while protecting our customers' assets - the building fabric and finishes.

Cleaning typically forms the core part of a soft FM contract and is performed and managed by our own directly employed operatives. Cleaning, or any other soft facilities management service, is undertaken to make sure each building runs smoothly every day. Our cleaners are an important part of our wider FM teams – as well as logging cleanliness and hygiene issues, they may also report other things, such as issues for our building fabric maintenance engineers to address.
